Pick up point was 15 miles away rather than door to door on Marco Island with absolutely no advance communication from Montway on this issue. Truck driver gave different delivery date estimate at pick up than original Montway estimate. Montway estimate was correct. Transport service gave 30 minute advance notice of delivery rather than 60 minutes. This was my firstexperience shipping a car.
