pretty simple so far. After initial contact, I was FLOODED with emails from different Montway people, I couldn't keep anything straight. I needed to confirm when my vehicle would be ready to ship, which took a week, and Montway was so eager to please I didn't know which person to respond to when I finally got ready, but when I gave one of them the required details, wow, everything was very well organized and all went right into place, nice job.
Easy process so far. Hopefully pickup and delivery is quick.
