Jonathan has been very helpful.
The customer service rep used phrases like "you dont understand" and "No, you're wrong" when he could have said, "maybe I didnt explain it correctly, let me try again" and "just replied the total cost of the deal is the 739, vs, no you're wrong the total cost blah" That being said, the dude was cool and shouldntget in any trouble, but the three star rating is warranted in my opinion. Also, I would recommend that you do this survey at the end of the transaction, after the car is delivered.
