I would like to get the actual car carriers info
The transition after the chat is not smooth and straight forward. For Example; I chose cash on delivery, I have provided the pick up address and delivered address. The the contract sheet has nothing on it
Overall great experience. All customer interactions were very helpful and professional. I would recommend this company to all military families needing transport needs.
I would have preferred to have had the pick up and drop off at my house, but the rig was too big to fit on the streets. I drove to a truck stop in the rain for the drop off, but was able to just walk up the street for the pick up. The driver was excellent--he showed me howhe takes pics on his phone. He was courteous and kept me informed.

They should remember to inform of the hours of operation. I had to call to confirm the pick up location while on line with my friend. Also, the second Rep I spoke with was not detailed as the first Rep. I had to consistently correct him and remind him of who the car was being picked up fromversus the delivery information.
