Easily booked online. Set up appointment for vehicle drop-off. Customer service answered all my questions through phone calls and chat. Very friendly at drop-off and quick process. Vehicle was delivered faster than initially quoted (by 18 days!) with no damage or discrepancies.

I was very proactive within this process. This was a Northern CA to NY transport. The pick-up went very well, beyond my expectation (fast). I repeatedly called both Montway and the transporter as the promised delivery range approached. Communication along the process should be improved. Had I not done so I believe my car would have been delivered way beyondthe actual delivery date. As it was, my car was delivered 4 days beyond the latest promised delivery date.
