Communication for pick and delivery is terrible. Day late on both ends and no contact in advance that there was a delay. Even after I reached out several times, nothing was done about it. This would have easily been a five star rating if the communication was seriously improved. Booking is easy and the actual pick and delivery waswell done and car is as I left it but man oh man not knowing when and if you will show up on either end isn't acceptable.
So far booking has been simple.

The company has been really friendly and honest. My only concern is I was charged an additional $50 more than my original quote. Not a big issue, I just hope that doesn't keep happening as I continue the process. Other than that I would recommend this business to anyone. Thank you.
