I gave a 5 only because I have worked with Montway before and had an excellent experience but I booked it by phone. This time I used the live chat and it was stressful. They don’t give enough time to ask the questions and input the information. I went to get my credit card and by the time Igot back, the chat was ended because I took too long. Then when I went and put my credit card using the link, the quote was a different price.
