Did a lot of research on car shipping companies. Montway had the best reviews. Even though some were poor, most were stellar. I did have an issue with the customer service rep on the phone. He was not knowledgeable at all about the business and their operations but maybe it was his first day. Either way that left me prettynervous to use them but the online chat representative was much better and I feel at least a bit more comfortable now. Fingers crossed the rest of the process goes well!
