Overall experience was good. The only only area that could have been better was the communication. Once I hooked the truck, I was not contacted by the driver to let me now...whe he was, when he was picking up my car, status updates along the way, expected delivery to my residence. I had to call to get the driver's name and number and was told by the seller of my car that it was picked up. I did not like giving my credit card info at this time. I only did it because I have used your service in the past. Although I was given an expected pick up date the driver did not call to confirm one way or the other. I called him and he said he could be there in one hour when I already had plans for the day. He was gracious and accommodated my need for a later pick up time. It would have been helpful if he had contacted me personally 24 hours before his anticipated arrival. All in all, very happy with your service.
