Quick and easy online form. There was an issue with the original driver not having insurance and I was notified the morning of the pick up that it had to be canceled and rescheduled. I asked Montway if I should tell the person waiting with the car to go to his meeting that he had postponed and they said, "Yes." Then a little while later I got a call that they found a new driver and he would be there in two hours.
