Very professional and courteous chat assistants.
Booking process was easy, and car was picked up and delivered quickly this time around. My only gripe this time is I feel there is an emerging pattern (two recent car shipments) of unrealistically low quotes. The first car was not picked up for about a month, and I had to pay hundreds extra even then. This time I coughed up over $100 extra right away, for a much shorter transport, just to get it here fast.

Site was easy to use; shipping Ninja was helpful. Driver updated and came when he estimated. Seemed to care about the car and did a good inspection at the time of pick-up and went over the inspection with me at delivery. Would use again.
