Booking was quick and easy. I only wish the premium service option was explained or offered when I booked. The end of my pickup window and my departure date overlapped and when the pickup window started I was a little nervous so I called to ask about my options. At this time I was told I could get a guaranteed 2-day pickup window for extra cost, of course. I was ok with that and probably would have went that way in the beginning to avoid the stress.
