The only thing that is frustrating is the lack of guaranteed dates.
Would have preferred the original quote pricing. But good otherwise.

Very easy process from start to finish.
James was nice enough to let me use an old/expired quote (that was much lower than the current rate) but needs to work on his tact. His use of phrases such as "Like I already said..." (or something to that effect) was very off-putting. Montway's system of online chats to set up orders is very customer friendly, but is undercut when your staff doesn't know how to talk to customers.
