Could have done a better job of informing us when pick-up would be coming. Was also told they could pick up from the garage, and they could not. Had to drive an unregistered car that hasn't been used in years to meet the truck. Believe this was due to how you do business - book it and then find someone. Thankfully it all worked out wonderfully - when it could have gone badly awry. Driver was fantastic, and was apologetic for the commitments made that neither of us had control over.
