Very cooperative staff to this point of the transaction. We were out of the loop with respect to delivery of the car in Florida. Tried calling but the office was closed for a week!?!! Wheel weights were loosened on the right front wheel and fell off in the garage - we had to pay to have the wheel re-balanced.
