I shopped around a lot when deciding which auto transport company I was going to use to ship a new vehicle from a dealership to my home. It turns out a lot of transport companies' processes are quite antiquated. Montway is the exact opposite. They email updates for each of the steps of the process - 1) Order Received, 2) Carrier Dispatched, 3) Vehicle Picked Up, 4) Vehicle Delivered. Very exact and clear communication.
