Friendly staff. Only problem was a miscommunication about us being told the car was ready to ship after we placed an order and provided a credit card number. However the next day I called back to confirm all was good to go and was told the order was on “hold” and couldn’t be assigned a carrier until a card onfile was provided, even though we had already done that at the time of booking.
