Montway representatives definitely worked hard to promptly arrange transportation of a vehicle I purchased in San Antonio to my home in NC. Moreover, throughout the shipment process they were unfailingly customer oriented in helping me get updates on vehicle pick up and delivery. The car carrier, however, did not seem to be particularly customer oriented . . . at least until the last few hours leading up to delivery.
