The communication was excellent through out the ordeal. This was a major plus for the dispatcher (Carmine). I say ordeal because the trucker's (Five Star) rig broke down in Texas causing a one week delay in delivery. I do not understand why they had to wait for a transmission to be shipped and installed let alone what their maintenance schedule is like. Transmissions do not just "break down". there are tell tale signs that this was an issue that any responsible trucking company would have noticed during routine maintenance. ... read more
