The online ordering could use some improvements... like questions that can pop up on screen with a text box field your agents can just activate instead of writing everything out.

Too many people involved ! Client needs to have one person to work with and a contact phone number and email.
so far the customer service experience was pleasant and they were honest and straightforward. I still didnot ship the car, so nothing done yet, I will wait until the service is completed to give my final rating
