The whole process was really easy and the communication was excellent between Montway and the Driver assigned. Highly recommend Montway for all my vehicle shipment needs. The Military Discount was nice too :)

Chat response with Harrison was awesome! Truck driver was very accommodating and patient with our move situation. However, there were various times when he was supposed to return a call or call with an update and didn't. Also, we paid for a door-to-door service, but we were asked to drive the vehicle to a 'better' pickup point and asked to accept the vehicle at a 'better' drop off point.
