The initial process of placing an order has been pretty direct and stress free.
Great experience but transport rate ($) should be cost less.

Overall it was great; the one critique I would have is that it was confusing as to when the car would actually be picked up. When I booked my pick-up date, I assumed my car could and would be picked up that day not that I was booking the earliest possible day it could be picked up.
