Easy to understand. Easy to book. Truck was right on schedual to pick up car, but was 30 hours late to deliver, and did not provide updates to my receiver. He did however answer the phone when she called. Small 1/4 inch dent on trunk which I will not report, saw the next day. I amassuming that this will happen and I was not moving a million dollar car, so I am a little bit alright with that, have too many other things going on to worry about it.
