Scheduled transport and received reply estimate within a day. Details for pick up and delivery pretty straight forward. Placed the order and took a little longer to assign a courier because of pricing error. I had to call back several times to tell them their estimate wasn't correct and I ended up playing more. They didn't offer any discounts after I bought this to their attention.
