Initial booking has been pretty simple.
Scheduling was very hectic. With more than a two week lead time, I didn't know about pickup timeframe until 2 days prior, and then agents wanted to alter the date to one that was not possible. Drivers were great. Delivery was one day earlier than expected, which was okay.
