Friendly / prompt phone call, very nice website system. Kevin answered my first phone call & also followed up with me to see if I had any questions before booking. The price was very competitive. The truck was able to pick up same day & delivered ahead of schedule! I wanted my Subaru shipped from TX to NY. Great customer service up front
I started with Uship, the price was $799, asked it to be lowered. It was lowered to $775, but then there was a Uship fee of $58.99 and I did not want that. So, I contacted Montway directly, and got a favorable price of $759. My goal was $680.
Jason was very professional and followed up immediately with an email to firm up our order.
