on line instructions were easy to follow: My only complaint is that the driver was routed to a location earlier in the day to a nearby place, but he did not know that or was not informed. The person who set up his route should have made that connection and routed him to both connections expediently. As a result the driver had to add mileage to his day, costing additional fuel and running costs to his delivery. i was not informed that the hauler could not get down my residential street...that would have been helpful to know at booking (instead of at delivery). the trucker was great about it - communicated well, apologized, etc.
