Overall, the process was fine. The time during the shipment and delivery was stressful because I didn't have a good timeframe to tell my friend for the delivery. I tried calling the driver for status. The first time he didn't answer or call me back, I called back later and he answered but wasn't able to give me any timeframe beyond that it would be delivered the following day.
