Very nice chat service from John and Yvette. After trucking schedule was made, the truck broke down and wasn't able to pick the vehicle up the day he was scheduled. There was no communication until, myself and the person holding the vehicle made several phone calls. The next day was the same and so was the third day. Very easy, got a personal phone call to make sure everything was going well. This is my first time shipping a car and so far I'm very pleased.
purchased a new car from a California dealer to be shipped to Florida; booking process was easy and there was good communication from the subcontracted shipping agent; there ended up being confusion after i was told the car was picked up (from both my sales person at the dealership and the driver of the hauler)-montway then contacted me to report the car was not picked up and a new company was assigned; this however was a miscommunication between montway and the subcontractor; this got resolved relatively easily but did take... read more
