The driver was dispatched and scheduled to pick the car up on 12/22. I didn't hear from him so I called as you gave me his Dispatcher Number and cell number...excellent service. He told me that he was 500 miles away at 11am and would not make it in time. We rescheduled and he guaranteed pick-up at 9am on 12/23. He picked the car up at 11am. It arrived in time for the receiving end and I did not hear of any damage issues on the receiving end. That, of course, was the goal here. As a result, 4 stars is the best I can give th... read more
