We had an indifferent experience with Montway. Our trucker, Eddie, was outstanding, but the process of getting our cars assigned was tough. It took 13 days for our cars to be picked up, which was 8 days outside of their pickup window. They weren't willing to accommodate us at all and said we were high priority, but we had an outside rep look into it, and we were their 10th priority. Like I said, our trucker was fantastic, but the process beforehand was very frustrating!
