The representative I dealt with online was very helpful during the process and informative. They answered all questions and were glad to help. Very positive experience. Only one issue occured during the experience. I received a phone call from an agent at Monteway stating that a carrier was willing to take my car a day earlier on 14DEC18 and would haveit delivered to Sacramento on 22DEC18 for a reduced rate of $150.
