I was impressed with all the communications through online, in a good way, but just had an issue with an agent over the phone, which was resolved as I contacted company through email/ chat. When I did research online on vehicle transport services a few comments mentioned about bad call center customer service etc. Now I kind of get that,but still I will probably use Montway again for my car (shipped my husband's car last time) as I was very happy with overall service.
