Assuming everything goes smoothly, Konstantin made this a piece of cake!
Good and easy, but i ordered service with credit card payment for the full charge, but transaction went through as a cash on delivery. A quick phone call corrected the problem immediately. However, this glitch in the online booking process needs to be fixed.
Overall satisfied thus far, yet quite a bit of back and forth when I already provided info that rep sought. Also, concerned not getting my preferred date for pick up of car.

The only thing I think you should change is if you are going to offer a 10% Cash discount you should give it and not offer up a 5%.
