The moment the driver knew he wasnt gonna be on time, i should have received some sort of communication with speculative delivery times. and when that changed i should have revived some sort of communication with speculative delivery times. Just so i had some idea of where it was, that it was on its way. I dont know when thingschange, it shouldnt have fallen on me to contact you or the driver, it should have come from your end. , i took off work to make sure i could be there
