I have so far had a pleasant experience with booking, but I did discover that I'm expected to pay a driver when they arrive with my Jeep. I think this is a bit like hidden fees. It seems like if all of the drivers are hired by Montway, that should be added into the booking fee at thetime of booking. I don't have anything to compare it to, so I don't know how it usually works in the industry.

But, after working with Rebecca all afternoon, I feel confident enough to move forward with this transaction. She's been great to work with and eager to ensure I won't have to worry about anything.
