Polina from Montway was very helpful and the service was quick! Lucy Diaz from the dispatch company that picked up our order was VERY difficult to communicate with. Also, Ms. Diaz did not give us a company name that she worked for which made the whole process with her feel sketchy and unprofessional. When we signed up with Montway, we opted to pay extra to select the specific pick up date because we had an urgent move on military orders.
