Quick and easy. I just wish there could be a discount for using the service multiple times. This will be my third time. Both previous experiences have been great! The car was apparently brought to Springfield, MA, before my final destination. This was done the previous two times however this time, I got a second email saying waiting for vehicleto dispatch. This was alarming as my car had been picked up 5 days prior. That being said, the drivers were friendly and delivered the car to me with respect to my schedule.
