Booking easily done Delivery not easily done: 1. Two days late for no good reason 2. Driver claimed he was unable to deliver to the house; said his rig was too long. BS. I had two vehicles delivered last year in the same size rig. 3. My text instructions to the driver included my wife's phone in the event I was unavailable. Heclaimed he didn't receive the text since his cell phone couldn't handle texts. NOT GOOD!
