Pertinent Q's. Thinking thru the details. Driver wears gloves during hook process, and he's moving a lot if cars around. Inside door handle pretty dirty, but no long term damage. I'm pleased to get the car in short time. I'll use you and revommend you again.
A little lack of communication on the agents part and not very clear on the rules regarding the pick up of the vehicle. Talked to 3 agents and got 3 different answers.I did finally deal with a agent named Andrew who really followed thru on everything. The truck driver was great! Both representatives with whom I have spoken Dennis then subsequently Jason were very reassuring, and upfront in providing the most fit arrangements for me. Hopefully the car delivery/process will be just as reassuring.
