From the booking process to final delivery it was pretty seamless. I just wished the person who was on the delivery prior to my delivery would have known the truck driver was COD. That person made the truck driver wait and wait and wait until finally the truck driver had to follow that person to an ATM.This pushed my delivery back 6 hours!

The process was easy to use but there were some shortcomings with communication. There is a lull in between booking and when a trucking company is assigned. It feels a little unsecured in that waiting period, a follow up email saying that I am still waiting to be assigned would help. Additionally, there was no real warning that sometimes, thetruck may not be able to reach your actual address and you may have to deliver the car to the truck.
