I enjoyed the Montway experience. I had an irregular shipment and they worked at scheduling the transport as quickly as they could and communicated very effectively. I would highly recommend Montway!
Jason M is the best
Montway, as a service agent, was great. The trucker, however, had very poor communication skills and was almost unintelligible on the phone. We also had some clothes packed in the car, pretty minimal, less then 100 lbs., but I was told I had to pay $200 more for the extra weight! Seemed pretty shady to me. Iwas told by Montway that some items in the car were okay! If I was told I had to use the same trucker in the future, I would find another service - just for your records.
