Easy Internet use and scheduling. If the vehicle has any items attached to it say a lumber rack or tool boxes the shipping rate goes up from the original quoted item. The rate increases depending on how big and bulky the vehicle is. Online and phone customer service is awesome however there was no information of when thevehicle was actually picked up or when it was delivered. There was no communication with the delivery driver until two hours from Delivery
