Excellent service. Joe is awesome
Everything was good until the driver apparently had truck problems and stopped communicating. I realize that unforeseen problems can occur but all you have to do is stay in communication so the customer knows what to expect. When the driver wouldn't respond I called the dispatch number and it went to someone's voicemail. I then called Montway and that was no help either. When the driver finally arrived he claimed the dispatcher was supposed to communicate what was going on. Obviously that didn't happen and it appears just a ... read more
