So far, so good! The proof of the pudding will be upon pick up and then delivery. I'm not scheduled for a pickup until January. I expect all to go well. One issue I have, however, is the people I spoke with were difficult to understand because English is NOT their native language.

The website was very easy to use. My car was transported from New Orleans to California without incident. The only issue was that the trucker never updated when they picked up the car. The only way I knew it was picked up was that the dealer in New Orleans had contacted me. I wish the trucker had provided updates during transport. The only call I got was a few hours before the car was arriving. The trucker made fantastic timing so they shadowed the lack of communication.
