Easy to schedule
1) My vehicle was picked up and delivered in good order and without damage. 2) I don't like the uncertainty of Montway stated 5-7 day pickup commitment. If you desire to be there for pickup (or delivery), it makes travel planning very challenged. 3) I would have preferred daily text messages on pickup date status/outlook once my scheduled vehicle pickup entered the 7 day pickup window. Quote deemed more realistic vs low ball to get contract. Overall I had a good experience with Montway. The price they quoted was the price I paid which was very important. Once the car was picked up it was delivered faster than the time I was expecting. I was initially concerned because I did not hear anything after I agreed to the contract. When I called the agent was cordial and I received a confirmed pickup day. They gave me the driver's phone number but the driver never responded. I had to wait two days after the car was... read more
