Communication was lacking after booking. I had to call to ask if the car will be picked up on the day I was told it would be picked up. It was not, and I was told it was scheduled to picked up the next day. After again not receiving communication I had to call the service line again and was told the car would be picked up the next day. After this I honestly started to think I was being scammed as I did not once get a phone call that was initiated by Montway.
