RecommendedLoved the boat house. It was peaceful and watching the coyotes was awesome and the birds fish. We saw some of the exotic animals. We would do it again and early November was the perfect timing. Not too hot and not too cold. The only thing that was disappointing was the sewer smell from the bathroom. Didn’t know if the vent stack was blocked. We looked but didn’t see one. If not one, one would eliminate the odor. Other than that, it was awesome!

RecommendedSpectacular hidden Gem!! Company booked a last minute retreat and wasn't expecting such a beautiful and peaceful time. Great place to get away for peace and quiet. Staff was friendly and awesome as Texas used to be. Thank you Moon River!

RecommendedA perfect getaway weekend with the family! Gorgeous property with views of their wildlife and Brazos river banks. Pool time and grilling was just what we needed! Every staff member encounter was friendly and constantly doing tasks around the venues. Definitely have to make this a traditional trip!

RecommendedMy family & I had an amazing time at Moon River Ranch. The lodge was amazing, stocked with everything we needed. Awesome room, huge pool and so many things to do on the grounds. The best part was we got to bring our fur baby along for the vacation. I have to say, having a kitchen view of zebras is now a dream of mine. We will definitely be back.

RecommendedGreat place for a gateway... 2 hours away from Dallas but one feels he’s in paradise.. romantic, historical buildings with modern furniture,,spacious rooms with luxurious beddings,great Amenities .. they have everything a person need to make a trip unforgettable ..oh the Safari trips are something else.. drive the Hummer yourself where you can encounter the beautiful animals closely
