Rented a storage unit last fall. Had never done it before. Kelly was great. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Knows her job inside and out. Also the property is CLEAN. No trash in sight. I really like her no nonsense approach to customer service. Plus, I like the mints at the counter.

Had an enclosed unit about 18 months and an outdoor trailer space for 7 months. Worked with Kelly M in the office, who was professional, personable, always helpful, and enthusiastic! The place is super clean, bright, safe, with easy access 24 hrs. Security is very good. This is a well run operation. Will use again if needed. Thanks Kelly!

When The Shepherd's Staff had to make new arrangements for our offsite storage, Kelly (and 140 Mini Storage) was there for us. Even months before we finalized the agreement, she was there for us hosting drives for our programs, like Back to School and our upcoming Call for Coats. Kelly is a dream and the Customer Service is stellar.
