Several things that made it great: (1) The caring way Mor listened to all our cencerns, and answerd all our questions. (2) He outlined the entire procedure and left us go one step at a time, to make sure there was complete understanding of the whole process from beinning to the end. If we had any qestions at any time, he was there for us, only a phone call away. He always called us back in a timely mannor.
